Welcome to North Columbus Preparatory Academy!

North Columbus Preparatory Academy is a tuition-free, public charter school serving EK-8 students in the Linden community and surrounding neighborhoods of Columbus. We offer a disciplined, structured learning environment equally focused on student academic achievement, behavior, and social-emotional well-being. Our school is accredited by Cognia™ and we teach a college prep curriculum that exceeds Ohio state standards with regular analysis of achievement data to individualize instruction. Daily use of Education Technology accelerates student learning and readiness. NCPA offers 25% more instructional hours per year than the state’s requirement for community schools, and academics are additionally supported by free after school tutoring and summer school.
